Did You Forget I'm A Musician?

Sun Dec 6, 2009, 8:05 PM

So I reopened my songbook after :iconhorrorfiend-ghoul138: gave me a song of his, Kill To Live, to play. The only difference between his old version and my new version being the style. It was originally written as a grindcore song and since 2003 was played as a grindcore song. The new version is sung clean and doesn't have the insane solo at the end.

He also wrote a song for us a while ago called Cadaver Love. I've finally finished the music for the lyrics he wrote us. And now I'm working on a new song called Blood Of The Tigers, which as a similar song to Slaughter At The Sock-Hop by Blitzkid. In that it's about killing a high school (my high school's sports teams are all called the Tigers).

When they're finished, I hope you give them a listen.

My name is Jesse. I'm a teenager. I have a lot of issues. I like horror punk and extreme metal. My favorite bands are Blitzkid, Misfits, Acid Bath and Slayer. I don't believe in god or support the Abrahamic belief systems. I do support the existence of pagan religions, but I don't practice them. I'm a former drug user, and while I don't use them myself, I do support the use of certain natural drugs.

I play in a horror punk band. We're working on original material, most of which I've written while staying up late. I think that the crap you see branded as "punk" on MTV is just a bunch of pop band who wish they were Sid Vicious.

Well it's a pretty cool combination. And nicely, done too. There was another combination like it that I've seen somewhere before, but I can't think of what it was or where it was... either that or I saw yours a while ago and just didn't favorite it :XD:

something similar. :XD:
